About

An AI firm built for actual adoption.

Most AI initiatives stall not because the technology fails, but because organizations can't absorb it. Savin Hill AI brings senior AI capability up front, paired with the change-management discipline that turns adoption into operating reality.

The firm

Two disciplines, one practice.

Savin Hill AI is an AI strategy and implementation firm for business leaders and management teams. We work with directors, VPs, and executive teams at mid-market organizations that see what AI can do and want a clear, disciplined path to actually adopting it.

Most AI firms can hand you the tools but can't get the organization to absorb them. Most change-management firms don't speak AI. Savin Hill AI does both: current, practical AI capability up front, grounded in the discipline that determines whether adoption actually sticks.

We are built for the full cycle. The AI Readiness Audit is the doorway, an honest read of where the organization sits today across technology, capability, and operating posture. The Fractional AI Practice is the ongoing partnership that takes the audit's recommendations and turns them into operating reality.

Andrea Richardson

Founder & Principal Consultant

Andrea Richardson founded Savin Hill AI to bring senior, practical AI capability to mid-market organizations and to do it in a way that actually delivers. Her focus is the operating reality of AI adoption: where it fits in the business, how teams absorb it, and how leadership turns experiments into compounding outcomes.

The goal is always the same: build the organization's own AI capability so the practice can stand on its own.

Our approach

How we work.

Practical AI, applied with rigor

Current, hands-on AI capability brought into your organization. Strategy, implementation, and workflow design, scoped to what the business is actually ready to absorb. We move from experiment to operating reality.

Change-management discipline that makes it stick

Every recommendation is grounded in change-management practice: sponsorship, communication, capability, governance. The technology is real, and so is the work of getting an organization to absorb it.

Partnership, not hierarchy

Our engagements are built as joint operating relationships with your leadership team. We work alongside, set cadence together, and own outcomes together.

Capability transfer as the goal

The purpose of every month of work is to leave your organization more capable than the month before. Many clients scale back after twelve to eighteen months because the practice is now their own. That is the design.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes on your organization, your priorities, and whether the audit is the right first step.
